For most countries, Bahrain visas can be obtain on arrival. For others, a pre-approved visa is required and should be obtained from the Bahrain Embassy in your home country. If required, the conference organizer will be pleased to send an invitation letter to participants upon request. It must be understood that the reference letter is only intended to help participants to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and does not commit the conference organizers to any financial or insurance obligations. To obtain an invitation letter the participant must register and pay the conference fee.
There are several 3*, 4* and 5* hotels in Bahrain. The organizer is currently in discussions to obtain discounted rates for participants. More information will be provided soon, stay tuned for updates.
